The M.Eng. in Biological and Biomedical Engineering (Non-Thesis) - Biomanufacturing is a joint program between the Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at McGill University. It is a hands-on, career-focused program designed to provide advanced knowledge and competencies in biological and biomedical engineering, with a particular emphasis on biomanufacturing. Coursework and internships offer skill development in bioprocessing, biologics production (such as biopharmaceuticals, vaccines, and gene therapy products), process engineering, data science, and regulatory aspects. The program prepares graduates for careers in the rapidly evolving bioprocessing sector within industry, healthcare, academia, and government, or for further advanced studies.
