This is a 14-month, tuition-free graduate program designed for emerging education leaders working in central office roles in large, urban K-12 school systems across the U.S. Delivered by The Broad Center at Yale School of Management, the program enables students to maintain full-time professional roles while undertaking rigorous coursework, monthly virtual sessions, and five week-long campus residencies. The curriculum includes four academic strands—Leadership and Navigation, Strategic Management, Managerial Analytics, and Public Policy—as well as three colloquia and a capstone project addressing a pressing challenge in students’ districts. The program emphasizes equity, excellence, and practical impact, allowing participants to directly apply classroom learning to real-world issues throughout.
