This dual master's degree, jointly offered by the LSE School of Public Policy and Sciences Po School of Public Affairs, is an intensive 2-year programme designed for early-stage professionals seeking advanced expertise in public policy, administration, and analysis within a European context. The first year is spent at Sciences Po in Paris (either Master in Public Policy or Master in European Affairs, with specialisation in one of eleven policy streams in English or French), developing core skills in economics, politics, and policy-making, including hands-on and project-based learning. The second year is spent at LSE in London, focusing on advanced empirical methods, political science, and a possible second specialisation. Students complete a Capstone project addressing real-world policy issues in teams and produce a policy paper or dissertation. Graduates will receive two prestigious degrees—a Master's from Sciences Po and a Master of Public Administration from LSE—and have access to career resources from both institutions. The programme is part of the Global Public Policy Network (GPPN), offering a strong global employer network.
