The MSc Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of York provides advanced training on the biological mechanisms underpinning complex mental functions such as memory, language, perception, attention, and consciousness. The program uniquely integrates hands-on experience at York Neuroimaging Centre (YNiC), where students gain training in fMRI, MEG, EEG, and TMS. It develops skills in research design, data analysis, and interpretation of neuroimaging experiments, and provides exposure to multidisciplinary expertise in psychology and related biomedical sciences.
