This programme aims to nurture architecture graduates adept in advanced technology and innovative practices. Students are familiarised with AI, BIM, GIS, data analytics, 3D printing, and AR/VR, all integrated within technical and design subjects. The curriculum prioritizes sustainable development for the built environment, equipping students with critical thinking, problem-solving, research skills, and professional practice insight. Hosted by the Department of Building and Real Estate and co-hosted by the School of Design, the course features a compulsory internship (work-integrated education) and a mentorship programme pairing students with industry leaders. The first year follows a common curriculum, after which students can specialize or switch major through a ranking process.
