This program equips students with technical and academic competence to excel in building sciences and engineering (including building services). It is designed to meet the demand for locally trained engineers with expertise in consultancy, contracting, building management, and R&D. The first year provides a common curriculum, after which students focus on major subjects in building sciences and engineering. The curriculum includes foundation courses, practical projects, and the option to pursue a Secondary Major in Innovation and Entrepreneurship or Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics. The program is accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and prepares graduates for diverse career opportunities in government, consulting, contracting, property management, and beyond.
