UCL Faculty of Life Sciences’ Biomedical Sciences BSc is an interdisciplinary programme introducing core bioscience disciplines. Year 1 provides a mandatory foundation across anatomy, cellular and molecular biology, chemistry, genetics, pharmacology and physiology. From Year 2, students follow study streams with a wide choice of options, and in Year 3 undertake a supervised research project within a faculty department or UCL biomedical institute, alongside advanced options in their chosen stream.
