NYU Tandon’s STEM-based BTM program (housed in the Department of Technology Management and Innovation) fuses modern business administration with state-of-the-art technology and innovation management. The curriculum provides rigorous qualitative and quantitative training across technology, innovation, information systems, design thinking, strategy, operations and supply chains, financial management, and entrepreneurship, with strong emphasis on communication through individual, team, classroom, and internship settings. Students choose one of two concentrations: Technology Innovation and Strategy, or Technology and Innovation in Finance. Graduates pursue roles such as technology project manager, tech entrepreneur, venture capitalist, technology/financial analyst or manager, consultant, and business-unit manager, and are prepared for advanced graduate studies in management and related fields.
